Why the name change from Cataract Care Center to Tri-County Eyecare?
For nearly five decades patients have known the Cataract Care Center as the premier place to have their cataracts treated. The have come from the local area, New York State, nationwide and from countries all over the world. Many people in our community thought that we only dealt with cataracts. However, we have always and still do offer complete eye care to all patients and their families. We have closed our three satellite offices and are now centrally located in the three county area that we primarily serve. Thus the name Tri-County Eyecare.
Eyecare is essential to all people of all ages. At the Tri-County Eyecare we continue to strive to give you the best eye care possible.
You will find the Tri-County Eyecare has your best interests at heart. We are one of the only ophthalmology practices in our area to offer after hours appointments for emergency care. We offer a range of ophthalmology services including general and diabetic eye exams, contact lens fitting and glaucoma care and laser surgery. We also have a medical spa managed by Lynda L. Kearney, RPA-C, and a full eyewear boutique managed by Corey Folber (ABOC).
Cataracts are a very normal part of the aging process. By the age of 80, more than half of all Americans develop cataracts.
